Compare two designs

Some interesting comparisons:

• OA2_m4_n6_v1 vs 2D_grid_m6_n9 same compression and pool size :OA2 model admits a lower prevalance than the 2D grid model at the same compression.
• OA2_m8_n28_v1 vs 2D_grid_m14_n49 same compression and pool size :OA2 model admits a higher prevalance than the 2D grid model at the same compression.
• RS6_m48_n384 vs C_95v_4k_2t_760b similar compression and prevalence :RS6 is a Reed solomon design used in a recent paper for compressive sensing. This is a 2 disjunct design with 6 replicates and a huge pool size. The RS6 design performs slightly worse than the corresponding 4 replicate covering design. Note that the RS design is smaller (fewer samples) and would allow greater error correction, but has a much larger pool size.
