Note that the policy q-DATO uses for defining a positive call is baesd on following protocol:

• Positive: A sample is called as positive if it yields a positive result (Ct<40) in a majority of the probes.
• Negative: A sample is called as negative if it yields a negative result (Ct>40) in all of the probes.
• Ambiguous: Otherwise the sample is ambiguous, and is subject to a retest.
  • Positive on retest: A sample is called as positive if it yields a positive result (Ct<40) in a majority of the probes.
  • Negative on retest: Otherwise the sample is called as negative
